Having been admitted for prostrate removal last week I have to say the care I received on Knapp Ward was outstanding from the moment I entered the hospital to leaving next day.
The empathy and professionalism they showed along with the human touch was fantastic.
They worked as a really cohesive team in a manner that gave me confidence and filled me with admiration.
From the surgeon through to porters the whole team made me feel I mattered.
They are all a credit to their profession and we are lucky to have these people working in our NHS
