After falling ill on holiday and NHS24 advising ambulance assessment would be required, the team arrived really quickly.
They were kind, considerate, and calm. They talked us through everything that they were doing and their decision making process along the way.
It made a very stressful experience much easier to deal with, and we're really grateful for their attentive and considerate care.
