"I can't praise the team here enough"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Radiology University Hospital Wishaw / Trauma & orthopaedics University Hospital Wishaw / Trauma Assessment Unit

(as a relative),

Partner referred as emergency to orthapedics for severe spinal pain and bleeding internally.

The team met her at the main doors and helped her into a chair. They listened and quickly went into action planning way forward for her care.

They witnessed her level of pain and met it with attentive compassion and we were constantly monitored and met with a attitude of understanding.

I really really this dept to be so professional and what is a well oiled machine with staff on their toes .

In the few hours my partner has been here shes been seen by 5 members of team guven meds water discussion with gyno and now in getting Ct scan all of which is actioned by muliple visits from relevant team members .

Im so so grateful to this unit and i cant praise the team here enough.

Thank you for funding this facility and for helping us today .

Dear Dawnr127

Thank you for taking the time to write in about your recent experience at what must have been a worrying and anxious time for you and your partner.

I'm pleased to see that your partner received immediate care and attention and had their CT scan in a timely manner.

I hope your partner's heath is improving and wish a speedy recovery/ outcome.

With warm wishes

Sara
