Superb treatment from start to finish….one needs to have patience with the initial telephone wait…very quick assessment by Receptionist and then medic.

Appointment for same day given immediately on final triage, consultation most satisfactory, thorough and professional …thank you and I am now hopefully on the road to recovery.

It can be frustrating especially as you are probably feeling poorly being in that initial telephone queue, please try to relax so that a calm accurate conversation can be had with your first Receptionist contact……everything else should flow from that ok.
