"Poor service "

I have both a urostomy and a colostomy and have ordered my supplies from Fittleworths for four years.

My latest order at the end of June only contained half of my order, omitting my colostomy bags and adhesive spray. I have sent two emails with no response and sat for twenty minutes on the phone and gave up at twentieth in the queue.

I’m not sure what to do but don’t need this stress.
