(as a parent/guardian),

My son went here for his prick test, but due to circumstances he had to have his blood taken instead. Dr Bohmova patiently listened and answered all our questions, and nurses Hayley, Mavis and Fiona were so patient, friendly, and nice to my son.  Their demeanour made the whole  experience a relaxing one for all of us. The lady at the reception (so sorry I didn't get her name!) was also wonderful. Thank you ladies! ❤️

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience within our Paediatric Daycare Unit.

I am delighted to hear that despite the initial plan for skin prick testing not being able to be carried out, both you and your son were well supported for the change in the plan and felt reassured.
