"Nice but should be more private"

About: Blakelands NHS Treatment Centre

My partner who was already nervous arrived for morning appointment. He was left embarrassed when the receptionist who was lovely but extremely loud started asking personal, invasive questions infront of a full reception. Would be better If she was a bit more considerate of this in future
