"Treated in your own home as if you were in hospital"

Local HC got in touch with Hospital at Home. The team of Doctor and 2 nurses were on my doorstep in no time at all.

I had IV antibiotics and steroids inserted to aid my recovery, everyday I had 3 nurses at my home to carry out all the necessary tests and check up.

I really cannot speak highly enough of all the nurses who came through my door. They are an absolute credit to their profession and NHS. Hospital at home is fantastic, treated in your own home as if you were in hospital without the stress of family members having to visit you.

I'm feeling much better. Thank you all.
