"Nothing seemed too much bother for them"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General surgery Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Orthopaedic Ward B23

(as a service user),

I had a knee replacement and the before care was excellent, the staff was very vigilant and explained everything to me. The aftercare was very good and they kept checking on me. The nurses on the ward kept checking on me, seeing if I needed more pain relief; nothing seemed too much bother for them. The  3 main nurses who supported me were Pauline, Maggie, and Elaine, however, all the nurses and auxiliary staff were very good.
