"A mental health crisis"

About: Crisis Services / 111 Service – Mental Health Option

(as a service user),

I contacted 111 to speak to a mental health advisor as I was having a crisis. 

I had taken an overdose earlier on in the day followed by a further overdose later  that evening. I phoned to speak to someone which was good.
