"Genuinely could not have been more helpful"

I have been worried about a particular issue for several years, but put off seeing anyone about it. Finally bit the bullet and booked an appointment then spent most minutes up until that appointment worrying.

I needn't have done - the lady I spoke to genuinely could not have been more helpful. She was kind, non-judgemental and I felt like I had all the time in the world to discuss my issue.

I'd been worried about the examination and I explained why I was worried, again she listened and had suggestions to put me at ease and made the appointment as comfortable as possible. I had hoped whoever I saw was patient, kind and reassuring which she was in absolutely every aspect.

Cannot fault my experience at all, I am so impressed with the care I received. The staff in the waiting room were also nice and it was comfortable and inviting inside. Literally no complaints, I'm so grateful.
