"Disappointed today"

In the past I have had very positive experiences at the Harris Birthright but today female research fellow initials M T* (it says names cannot be included but this is not a name. I am not naming and shaming but would have thought it was helpful for internal staff to be able to identify poor practice by clinicians or how can you improve?) was rude and unpleasant. I was having contractions but instead of giving me time to breath she just kept trying to push in harder and harder. When I asked if the baby was ok she was completely dismissive of the question like it was irrelevant to her. I have seen lots of people complain about the research scientists at the centre, that they have no bedside manner etc but this was my first negative experience here.
