Michaela - Injector

Dani - HCA

I have had 5 injections (today was the 12 week one).

All the staff are very helpful and put you at ease.

Michaela and Dani are wonderful, they explain everything and made me feel at ease as I always get a bit anxious.

They answered any question I asked and I was very happy with everything.

There was nothing that could have made things better as everything was great.

Thank you.

Dear bluegb88,

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us. It is lovely to see that you found all the staff in the Eye Unit to be helpful and they were able to put you at ease, taking the time to explain things to you. I am responding to you as a member of the Patient Engagement Team here at the Royal Cornwall Hospital, but I will make sure the Eye Unit team receive your feedback, and that Michaela and Dani get a special 'thank you' through our Learning From Excellence scheme.
