"All treatment was timely and done with empathy"

My elderly mother was admitted to the short stay unit (2F RVH) for further investigations. All staff were kind, compassionate and understanding. All treatment was timely and done with empathy. It was noted how clean and hygienic the bay was. 

Communication with all staff throughout her hospital journey was excellent. Despite concerns about Encompass, all staff explained why they needed mobile devices and talked her through the process. Keep up the excellent work!
