Thank you so much to Jamie and Jayne at Woodlands. You have given me new tools to help cope with life's challenges. I wish I did it years ago!
The anxiety and depression management group is a valuable resource for mental health services.
Thank you also to Jodie. Your input was also appreciated. Good luck in your studies, you will be a fantastic nurse.
