(as the patient),

I recently completed a 20 session course of radiotherapy for head and neck cancer - a daunting challenge.

From the outset when we we encountered Carol the car park supervisor, we were greeted with a smile, positivity and daily concern and reassurance- she is the ideal front of house staff!

Within the Cancer Centre itself, LA 4 Radiotherapy team and all the doctors and nurses we encountered were exemplary in their approach, a friendly smile, constant encouragement, and utter professionalism throughout.

I cannot thank them all enough for helping me through such a challenging period.
