(as the patient),

I attended recently to have two cysts on my scalp excised and was nervous about the injections.   Whilst they were indeed as painful as I remembered, I was treated with such care by the staff (David & Laura).

Dear Callien,

Thank you very much for letting us know how your visit went.

It's not a fun thing having injections into your head, but we try to make the pain last as short a time as possible.

I hope you are healing well and didn't feel too uncomfortable after the anaesthetic wore off.
