Page says that walk in is open until 20:00. 111 referred us to go there as our baby was with fever for days. We arrived at 19:30 and could clearly see people inside and they could see us but they did not move a finger. We entered anyways and they seemed very surprised and told us that they do not take anyone else after 19:30, even though there wasn't any other patients in the clinic. The nurse on the day blamed 111, but the website clearly says that they are open until 20:00. They should either change the information in this page to say that opening time is until 19:30 or train better the NHS staff. If they need 30 min for their admin work then surely the clinic should say they are only open until 19:30 to the public.
