"Such a strangely positive experience"

About: Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had a bone density scan today at Gateway 6, the Treatment Centre at Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham.

Ashley the Radiologist, and Moosa, the Nurse were so lovely, explaining everything to happen and as it did what would be next. So friendly talking to me about my accident and original injury and wishing me well.

Such a strangely positive experience to say what it was.

Thank you both.

Dear patient,

Thank you for sharing this experience of our bone density department at the treatment centre.

Our staff go above and beyond for their patients and I’m pleased to hear that you were made to feel so positive during your treatment. I will pass this review on to the manager of Gateway G now so that it can be shared with the staff members you mentioned in your review.

Kind regards,

Kelly- Patient experience officer.
