I met my health visitors assistant for the first time 6 months after my son's birth and she instantly made me feel reassured and at ease about my parenting journey and my baby's development.
Emma suggested we undertook the Henry programme which sounded fanatic as I was interested in taking time out to evaluate my parenting approach, see what was working for me, what’s best for my baby etc.
Often as a new mum you don’t have the opportunity to step back from your journey and see how far you’ve come and see where you can improve. I can firmly say after undertaking the course with Emma and with Emma’s guidance I feel I have become a more confident and knowledgeable parent across everything.
From understanding my children’s emotional needs that what’s best portion size for baby and fun activities to do. Emma was an absolute delight to talk to each week and so full of useful tips and information when it comes to raising a child and correlating best practice with my personal approach to parenting.
Emma was genuine, kind, took an interest in my baby and my current pregnancy and also made me feel so comfortable to ask question and was even more happy to listen to the off anecdotal story. I would recommend the programme to any parent, whether a first time or seasoned mummy, it’s a brilliant programme made even better by Emma.
"I feel I have become a more confident and knowledgeable parent"
