"This helped me greatly in recovering my mobility & confidence"

About: Perth City Occupational Therapy / Community Rehabilitation (Perth City)

(as the patient),

After coming home from a 4 week hospital stay with a fractured pelvis caused by osteoporosis , Lesley was most helpful to me. She provided a seat for the shower and arranged for grip rails to be fitted at my front door and a handrail fitted at the steps at my front path.

This helped me greatly in recovering my mobility & confidence.

Dear Greatgranny85,

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback after your recent fracture and input from Lesley within the Community Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy team.

I have passed on your feedback to Lesley who is very happy to hear that you continue to benefit from the advice, guidance and equipment provided.

Lesley sends her best wishes,

Kind regards

Sally
