"Unhelpful"

I had to contact frome medical centre this morning regarding a medical issue with my brother. Initially I was in a queue of 16 and was happy to receive a call back. Unfortunately the issue deteriorated so I phoned again requesting a GP visit. The receptionist was not very helpful and quite off hand and abrupt. I have been in the nursing profession for 50 years. I understand the urgency and priorities of the medical profession but one thing I expect to happen is for the person I am talking to to listen to me . Her behaviour towards me was unacceptable. At all times I kept my composure and was polite. If possible I would like to receive a reply to my email. Thank you in anticipation.
