"Kind, caring, attentive and informative"

I was admitted to Cannock Chase hospital on Hollybank ward for foot surgery.

From start to finish, all the staff were kind, caring, attentive and informative. They showed compassion and consideration at all times. Despite being busy, time was given to all patients to meet their needs and explain everything clearly. 

There was a calm but purposeful atmosphere which made me feel safe and secure. Everything was well organised and smooth running. The wait for surgery was not too long despite being last on the surgeons list.
