"The whole ward runs like a well oiled machine"

About: General Surgery / Elective Surgery (Ward 7 & 8)

(as a service user),

I spent 24 hours in ward 7 Perth Royal Infirmary (PRI). I was anxious and stressed about my procedure.

I was welcomed the min I stepped in the ward. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff.

Nurses and health assistants are warm and friendly and quickly made me feel at ease.

The ward is spotless should I need to return to hospital I would have no concerns about ward 7.

The whole experience was a positive one thanks to the nursing care, attention and compassion.

The whole ward runs like a well oiled machine
