(as a service user),

My son had injured his knee - contacted LVH Phone First system - professionalism shone through from start to finish. A very comprehensive process on the phone which was answered and responded to with an action plan within 13 minutes. 

Attended LVH ED at time provided and very efficient face to face service.

no lengthy waits = perfect and thank you to all the staff involved. Keep up the good work
