"Still awaiting results"

About: Xrays and scans / MRI Scans

(as the patient),

I received an MRI 12 weeks ago and am unfortunately still awaiting results.

I have tried contacting but when I have contacted, the nursing staff and administration staff have been nothing but helpful and try to put me through to the right person, but when I get any further I am made to feel like I shouldnt phone because I am not classed as an emergency.

I understand that the lists for these procedures far exceed staffing and there is likely to be a wait, but I am also aware of people who have been after me and already received results. The longer the wait the more anxious I become regarding the situation.
