(as a service user),

My care from attending the early pregnancy clinic, antenatal care, the day procedure unit for planned section and postnatal care on the ward and community was excellent. 

It is clear clinics are understaffed with appointments consistently running late, however I was well taken care of and advised and my decisions respected.

Thank you for taking the time to give us such lovely feedback which will be very much appreciated by all the staff in the the units you mentioned.

The antenatal clinic is a very busy unit and thank you for your patience whilst waiting for appointments. We are constantly reviewing services and we aim to make improvements that will ensure women have a good experience using our services.
