About: The Mitchison Road Surgery

I had a appointment at 8/30 not seen at the time told I did go to reception they just told me to wait by now the time was 8/45 I did ask if the nurse was coming just was told to wait in the sitting area they will find out but the lady who was seeing to me was too busy booking herself a eyebrow appointment there was no apology and was told it’s none of my business what she doing on the phone this surgery has no patient care or dealing with lateness by there staff I’m absolutely disgusted in behaviour today and I felt like I was the one in the fault as she thought her eyebrow appointment was more important I will be looking to change by surgery as I can’t not deal with people who are not taking there job seriously

Dear Belgin,

I am sorry to hear of your experience at the practice. I would like to reassure you that the individual you spoke to that day was spoken to formally to address your complaint, and the importance of excellent customer service was discussed in the admin meeting. If you do wish to still discuss this further, please write to us via e-mail at patientdata.mitchisonrd@nhs.net

Kind regards,

Denisha Morgan - Practice Manager
