"The heat was quite unbearable"

About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit

(as the patient),

Had an appointment for an iron transfusion in Kirkcaldy Victoria hospital recently in the daycare part of the building by maternity. The heat was quite unbearable in this part of the building. Windows couldn't be opened and was only a fan in the room. Ended up having a little faint episode whilst getting my transfusion done and the heat didn't help my situation either. Was curious on if there would be any way to help situations like this for future patients, and staff members must also find it hard working in that state of heat. Thank you.
