"G.p doesn't read notes at all"

Not seen before g.p decides to play God altering medication via a medication review without speaking to me 1st, not only thought I was taking pain relief for i.b.s as he hadn't read the spinal surgery bit but also issued anti infamitary medication in replace of pain relief for absolutely nothing what so ever that im not allowed to take anyway due to i.b.d unconfirmed chrones, tried speaking with concerned g.p who yet still thought he knew what he was talking about but was unaware of several conditions I have and more stuck on the fact he thought I had an addiction. Perminant nerve spine damage, a sore come out of a cage after an a.c.d.f operation yet knew nothing about any of that. Inflamation is not the cause, if this g.p practice hadn't said it was just a frozen shoulder for 9 months before I ended up in hospital with pneumonia due to their negligence anyway with medications and the wrong meds being given then I wouldn't have perminamt nerve damage. Stay clear best of not seeing a g p at all than see a g p that does know how to read basic notes
