About: Heeley Green Surgery

14th June requested Azelastine Hydrochloride Eye Drops for my son. Saw a GP on 21st June re a declined request for a prescription item removed from repeats for myself.

GP coughed through the appointment and did not apologise for coughing, swilling water from a bottle or chewing gum. Took him a long time to navigate the computer and appeared ill informed about HRT.

I asked if he could check if my sons prescription had been added to repeats and a script sent to Boots. He refused to do this.

Got to Boots and Azelastine Hydrochoride Nasal Spray had been done NOT Azelastine Hydrochloride Eye Drops as I requested on the 14th June. Had to ring surgery and request Eye Drops again and they were not ready to collect until 25th June (nearly 2 weeks after I first requested them).
