A review is inappropriate. I received an email from Rebecca Wood last Friday & need to reply to a very unfortunate ' no reply' email.
I was referred to the dentist because I cant sing following a tooth extraction. However I suffer from acid reflux which also affects vocal chords so I should see a GP about that. it could be MEDICAL ISSUE AS WELL AS DENTAL.
These complex inappropriate online forms with 8 digit verification codes are getting too much for patients. I need to submit a feedback form NOT a review.
Electronic constantly fails. Visiting pharmacist couldnt locate the referral made last Friday. It was inaccessible. I have had to submit a second triage form due to this failure. When on earth am I going to see a pharmacist, as I cant see a GP, with other appointments to keep. Pharmacist failed to phone back Friday as he should have.
It would be better to write a paper referral & take it round to Boots metres away. That way they would get it . Electronic just fails & complicates.
