I went to Inverclyde Royal Hospital for a pre op assessment was taken up to day ward. As soon as the lady shouted on me I was treated with light-heartedness. She was lovely & there was another lady as well who was really nice, they both treated me amazingly & with care & respect. The lady who dealt with me when the other one left couldn't be nicer, made me feel relaxed & at ease at all times. Was so glad I got who I did, wish I could remember her name & the other lady as well.
