"Just bowled over by the kindness and support"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Accident & Emergency Western General Hospital / Emergency Surgical Admissions

(as a service user),

While on holiday from the US, my husband experienced heavy rectal bleeding and went to A&E at Royal Infirmary. After a long and frustrating evening there, he was brought by ambulance to Ward 57 at Western General. In addition to being professional, knowledgeable and thorough, the entire care team has been kind, caring, compassionate. We are just bowled over by the kindness and support during a difficult time. A million heartfelt thanks to all!
