Credit where credit is due, after completing a triage form i was called just outside the hour and offered an appointment within a week with the doctor required. I was then called again as my need for appointment had come via the doctor following test results. Both ladies were extremely pleasant, professional and personable which made the calls easier and also proved that both processes work well. Thank you Linden Hall
