"My hospital stay"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Accident and emergency Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Acute medical admissions (AMU) Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Diabetic medicine

(as the patient),

I was admitted to RD&E via A&E and was treated in resus department then admitted to AMU and then on to Lowman ward, for the treatment of ketoacidosis, and stabilising of my type 2 diabetes.

During this time I received a lot of necessary attention from all the teams in all those departments and I wish to sincerely thank everyone for their professionalism and high standards administered with good grace and empathy. Thank you all.
