"Worst I’ve experienced"

This place is the most useless bag of bones.

Just been told to give up on trying to ever get an appointment and to just head to walk in centre at another hospital from now on.

What a waste of money to keep this place going.

0 patient care, and 0 ability to act. I thought Speedwell Practice in the same building was bad but this is just ridiculous.

Also it was so casually said as if it’s obvious there is no point in trying to get an appointment, like I’m silly for even trying.

Waste of money.
