On 6/6/24 setup online passwords for reporting system and linked to NHS. Had to Visit new site at Cramlington as would not allow to log on to Anima. Advised issue ling to NHS.
27/6 Same issue went into practice advised would be passed to technical advisor to deal. Still no access 28/6. When you call them normally takes 25 mins to answer. At 0700 if you’re able to get on it takes over 20 minutes to complete Anima and send a request. This is age discrimination as old people have no access to computers etc
