About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Emergency department Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response Older people's healthcare / Stroke Unit Ward 40

(as a relative),

Close relative presented with stroke symptoms ambulance was rang the service from NIAS responding and being out so quickly to ED Staff to the Stroke Team (Dr Dunne ) including  Ward 40 Staff  his trip up the road to Belfast for clot retrieval his quick return  was all done very timely  and as a result we've seen an amazing recovery Thank You To All Teams Involved... We are blessed to have such services on our door ..
