"Dont answer and put the phone down"

About: Speke HC - Dr Thakur

Don’t answer the phone when trying to chase a prescription that had been ordered and hadn’t even been sent to the chemist (which I’ve noticed seems to be the same receptionist whom I ordered it from) or when trying to make an appointment (I actually had 100 outgoing calls to the doctors) Told to phone back at 8am or 1pm when you do get eventually get through. They won’t even give an appointment for the following week? This never use to be a problem but I’ve also been in the doctors when I’ve heard the receptionist give an appointment out at 5pm. If you’re lucky to get an appointment they tell you the doctor will call between 9am/2pm. What about people whose work don’t allow them to have their phone with them. So for working you get penalised trying to get help. This surgery needs investigating and patients need to make sure they fill in the questionnaire they receive or put in a complaint because that is what I will be doing.
