"horrible experience"

I had an icl implant surgery in 2022 in both eyes. I was convinced by their team to undergo the surgery and that the risks were minimal. Both eyes were operated on the same day 15 minutes apart. The follow ups were no thorough and I was left with elevated pressure in both eyes and large floaters which subsequently led to retinal detachment. The help after that was no on point either. I have since had 6 further surgeries at BMEC and have been left with significantly impaired vision in the left eye whilst the right eye if full of floaters and had a retinal tear which required treatment. My life has been turned upside down and for the worse since Optegra. To make matters worse I am still being required to pay for the initial surgery.
