"I felt listened to and well informed"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as a service user),

Had a physio appointment for a painful hip. Had a full examination with full explanation about my pain.

Was given advice and exercises to do. Was given a timeframe of how my pain should be with the exercises.

I felt listened to and well informed.

Dear branbc97

Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback on your healthcare experience.

I am sorry to hear that you have been suffering from a painful hip, but heartened to hear that your Physiotherapist was able to listen to you, assess your symptoms and provide you advice and exercises that will hopefully resolve this issue for you. This is a lovely example of the person centred care that we strive to deliver.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to ensure your lovely comments are shared with the Physiotherapy Service within University Hospital Crosshouse.

Please accept my best wishes and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.

Kind Regards

Pamela
