111 themselves were fine but the clinician they referred me to was not. She barely discussed my 2 year old's symptoms, just why was I bothering them during the day when my GP practice was open. I explained that I wanted to speak to someone here and now, instead of being on hold for an hour just to be told there aren't any appointments and to try again tomorrow. This is what we were discussing instead of what help was available for my 2 year old son. I would like to add that I did ring my GP practice after this to be told there were no available appointments. The only advice I was given was the link 111 sent me through my phone.
Extremely disappointed.
