Was sent straight to A&E from my GP practice. The place was as expected packed to the rafters.
The staff were so lovely. The guy from support services did a sterling job, and the facilities were immaculate. He deserved a lot of credit.
When I saw my doctor, Dr Chillappa, he was thorough and explained everything. Even though he was under pressure he didn't rush. He had a student nurse as a chaperone and I am so grateful for all they did. You are amazing western trust heroes.
My only thing I would say is they should go back to Covid times and only a family member with vulnerable adults or with children, some people had 3 and 4 relatives with them who did not need to be there. However the care was amazing. You are a great bunch of people.
"You are a great bunch of people"
