I just wanted to say that my family and I have massive respect and admiration for what you do here every day. My brother is getting excellent attention and care.
It is truly remarkable what you do and despite the challenges of your work you also treat visitors with care and respect.

My name is Caroline and I am the Lead Nurse in CSICU. We are very grateful for your lovely feedback and delighted that you and your family are pleased with the care your brother is receiving.
