"Opened my eyes to a lot of parenting skills"

About: Children’s Services / HENRY programme

(as a parent/guardian),

I completed the Henry program at waterside surestart with Annette and Melanie 

The course opened my eyes to a lot of parenting skills that I had not been aware of previously 

Regards to food skills and knowledge 

Activity levels and also how to self care as a mum 

And meeting other parents and enjoying the conversation 

I’d highly recommend this course to anyone
