"Excellent service in every aspect"

About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a relative),

Excellent service in every aspect.

Every visit the staff were very friendly and supportive

Booked by paramedics because didn't want an admissions to hospital - good compromise.

Nurses on every occasion were very empathetic, pleasant and good at their jobs.

Consultant arrived for our initial assessment and was very understanding of the issues and suggested a good management plan.

Think this service needs to be expanded to benefit more patients.

Keep up the good work.

Thank you for your feedback.

The aim of the team is to prevent admission and paramedics are one of the many professions that can refer to the team.

We work in a very highly trained MDT and will always work together to deliver the best possible care available to all patients.

Dr Todd our consultant will carry out an holistic assessment with the nurses and advise on the best care and treatment plan for patients.

As a team we are very privileged to be able to treat people in their own home and are always make feel very welcome.

I will pass on your feedback to all the staff.

Kind regards

Katherine Stevenson

Sister HAH.
