(as the patient),

When I was first referred to rheumatology podiatry I had no idea the significant difference it would make.

I had quite an unusual issue that no one could seem to help me with. 

But my podiatrist  worked with me to come up with a solution. Rather than just giving me a cookie cutter thing that is given out.

Without the insoles she made for me I'd be in much more pain than I am. 

The insoles and help I've been given with my feet means I can actually walk with support and comfort.

Very grateful for the NHS as a whole.

My podiatrist is Nicola

First of all can I thank you for taking the time to provide our Rheumatology service with such positive feedback. Our Specialist Podiatry services (of which Rheumatology is one) have very knowledgeable and skilled Podiatrists who provide assessment, treatment, care and advice based on clinical evidence in their field. The detail you gave in how the symptoms of your ongoing problem started to improve following your assessment with Nicola and the provision of an insole, enhances our drive to deliver this high level of effective care and encourage us to continually improve on the levels we attain.

Your ability to walk with comfort and support will I hope assist in improving all aspects of your life which is the goal we seek to achieve.

I have passed on your feedback to Nicola which was received with much gratitude.
