Just like to say service was terrible for me and took forever, was in pain for ages. Absolutely shocking although i really feel for the people who have to work here. 4/10 because at least it eventually happened.

It is disappointing to hear of your recent experience at the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People, I can understand how frustrating and upsetting this must have been for you and I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for that. Please be assured that staff are committed to get patients seen and supported as soon as they possibly can, and I am sorry there was a delay in you getting the support you needed on this occasion.

I have shared your feedback with the management team at the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People who will review it appropriately.
