About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as a service user),

I recently attended for an OGD, I was very anxious but the whole experience was much easier than I expected.

I was treated with kindness through from Dr Patterson and the nurses in the room - Patricia, Darling and Vilma. I was then looked after by Hazel. I even got a gold star from BJ..

Thank you for making the whole experience a lot easier than I anticipated

Good evening,

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us some feedback on your recent visit to RVH endoscopy. I am glad you had a positive experience. Coming to hospital can be a dauting experience so I am glad our staff were able to put your mind at ease.

Our staff do their best to treat everyone with dignity and respect and to support them through their endo journey. It is lovely to hear when we get things right. I will pass your thanks on to Dr Patterson and all the team, especially those mentioned. You must have been some patient to warrant a gold star from BJ - those aren't given out easily!!
